Dear Zumbro friends and customers,
We want to thank you all for your amazing support of the Zumbro over the years. Although it doesn’t seem possible, we have been in Linden Hills for over thirty years, beginning with a twelve-seat deli around the corner on Upton Avenue. Since then, we’ve enjoyed seeing most of you on a daily or weekly basis, watching your families grow as our family and business have also grown alongside you.
It is with great sadness that we are announcing the closing of the Cafe at the end of December, 2023. We have loved being a part of the Linden Hills and south Minneapolis community (and beyond..) and have enjoyed serving more breakfasts, brunches and lunches than we can count!
We do not see this closing as an ending, but rather as a transition into something new and exciting for us all. We are currently taking a break to regroup and re-energize and hope that you will keep in touch by signing up on our contact page if you would like to receieve news from us…
We will miss you all, but look forward to seeing you again in the not too distant future.
